Community Impact

Our commitment to service also extends into our communities.

Many of our stakeholders actively volunteer or donate to various nonprofit groups and foundations. It’s engrained in our firm’s culture to serve others as we strive to make a difference in people’s lives – and it inspires the work we do for our clients.

The Paynesville Area Community Foundation‘s role in the community is to help people and organizations in making a difference by facilitating charitable giving, initiating responses to targeted needs, and building permanent funds for the support of charities in the Paynesville area and beyond.

The Paynesville Booster Club and Eden Valley-Watkins Booster Club are organizations to help support the athletic departments throughout the Paynesville School district and the Eden Valley-Watkins School districts. Money raised by the booster club helps to pay for needs determined by the booster club board.

As the world’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation, Ducks Unlimited is able to work through a series of partnerships with private individuals, landowners, and agencies to help improve the waterfowl population throughout North America.

Willmar Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce acts as an advocate of the businesses in Willmar and the surrounding areas, throughout the communities of Kandiyohi County.

Youth for Christ is a worldwide Christian movement that works with young people around the globe. Made up of full-time and part-time employees and volunteer staff, they are able to reach over 133 nations in ways that are relevant to each person in the context of their culture and life circumstances.

The Special Olympics started as a summer camp for people with intellectual disabilities over 45 years ago. They now provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults. Special Olympics strives to create a better world by fostering the acceptance and inclusion of all people.

The Paynesville Bulldog Athletics department supports all athletic teams throughout the Paynesville School District.

The Lions Club International was created to be the global leader in community and humanitarian service. They work to extend their mission of service every day, from local communities to all across the globe. Lions Club International is the world’s largest service club organization.

The Paynesville Area Chamber of Commerce works to advocate on behalf of the business community in Paynesville and the surrounding areas.

Almost 100 years ago, Kiwanis was created to focus on business networking, but they soon changed their focus to service. Kiwanis clubs are located in 80 nations and are available to help their communities in ways that are unique to each one. The members of Kiwanis work towards changing the world, one child and one community at a time.

United Way helps to bring people, organizations, and communities together around a common cause, a common vision, and a common path. Their focus on education, income and health help to create the building blocks of strong community and a quality of life.

The mission of the Toys For Tots Program is to collect new, unwrapped toys every year and deliver them to less fortunate children throughout the community that the toys are collected. The primary goal is to convey a message of hope to less fortunate children that will help them to become responsible and productive citizens as they grow up.

The Minnesota National Deer Hunters Association is dedicated to developing and sustaining Minnesota’s deer habitat for current and future generations. They are working to create a better culture of deer hunting in Minnesota through habitat, education, hunting and legislation/advocacy. We are proud to support Paynesville’s chapter, the Tri-County River Bottom Bucks.

A volunteer-led initiative, Leave a Legacy® Minnesota, a program of the Minnesota Planned Giving Council, inspires people from all walks of life and all income levels to think beyond their lifespan about gifts to their favorite charities.

Both the Paynesville School and the Eden Valley-Watkins School offer a post prom event that offers a safe and fun alternative for kids to attend.

Eden Valley Car Show

The Eden Valley Car Show is an annual event that occurs during Valley Daze in Eden Valley every summer.

Region 15C Baseball Tournament

The Region 15C Baseball Tournament is an annual event that occurs at the end of the amateur baseball season in Central Minnesota. This tournament features the local teams that have had a successful season and have the opportunity to advance to the state championship.

Eden Valley-Watkins Community Education Summer Rec

The Community Education Summer Rec program at Eden Valley-Watkins helps to benefit summer programs that are not related to the high school. Contributions made to this program help not only in the summer, but also to sporting events throughout the year.

30 For Freedom

30 for Freedom is a movement that exists to end sex trafficking in our lifetime.
They raise awareness about sex trafficking and funds to make a tangible difference for victims + survivors.

Backdraft Bash

Annual music event to help support the Paynesville Fire & Rescue Department with the help of the Paynesville Chamber of commerce.
